Keith Kierstead Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Tyngsborough Funeral Home on Dec. 9, 2025.
Keith O. Kierstead, age 56, a resident of Milford, NH, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington. He was the husband of Tara J. (Santos) Kierstead, with whom he shared over 17 years of marriage.

He was born in Nashua on July 4, 1969 and was a son of the late Gary and Linda (Brown) Kierstead. He was educated in the Litchfield school system and was a graduate of Alvirne High school.

Keith was a kind man with a heart for helping others. He worked with people with disabilities for most of his life and never turned down an opportunity to lend a helping hand. He was always a man you could count on. Keith was a big kid at heart, and was the favorite to the children in his life. Many admired him for his quick wit and humor.

Keith enjoyed collecting, buying and selling coins; he was an avid sports fan and was devoted to playing fantasy football. He was always ready to take a vacation and sit down with a good "Girly Drink". Those who knew Keith well knew he lived by his three Bs. His favorite pastimes were nights out at the LaCaretta with his best friends, Jaime and Jimmy, as well as other friends and family.

He now joins his late daughter, Lindsey A. Kierstead-Catalino and Kyle Bryant, who he loved as a son as well as his late parents. Surviving him in addition to his wife are his daughters, Denijean Kierstead and Kaylynn Kierstead; his grandchildren, Raegan and Lennyx Kierstead; his brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Kelly Kierstead; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dennis and Joan Santos; and many other family members and loved ones.

Relatives and friends will be received at the Tyngsborough Funeral Home on Friday, Dec. 12, from 4 to 6 p.m.

Those wishing may make a donation in his memory to Operation Delta Dog at https://operationdeltadog.org/
