Keith Kozak, 54, of Howard, Ohio passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025. He was born in Trenton, New Jersey but resided in Morrisville, Pennsylvania for much of his life. He is the son of the late Joseph and Alma Kozack. Keith made his home for the last few years with his mom before her passing in August, 2024.
Keith was also preceded in death by his grandparents: Wilbur and Ida Dillo and Alexander and Mary Kozack, several aunts and uncles, and his brothers-in-laws; Gregg M. Iveson and Ronald Barnes.
Keith is survived by his companion and prior wife; Cathy Kozack and his dog, Buddy, his sisters Katrina (John) Farabaugh of Alburtis, Pennsylvania and Kelly Iveson of Fairfield, Pennsylvania, his brother; Kenneth (Marcie) Kozack of Fairfield, Pennsylvania, his aunts, Lucille (Jerry) Miller, Shirley Cline and Bonnie Sue Rideout as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A private Family Service will be held at a later date.
