Keith Lametta Obituary

Keith M. Lametta
Keith M. Lametta passed away at his home in Stratford on Monday, May 15, 2023, at the age of 60. He was born on December 20, 1962, to the late Vincent and Joan (Malkin) Lametta. Keith attended Norwalk schools and later worked as the regional manager for the Republican American Newspaper. He was a diehard Dallas Cowboys and New York Mets fan.
What Keith enjoyed most was getting together with his family sharing a good meal and lots of laughter. He never missed a party or turned down an invitation to spend time with his brothers and sister and their families and was usually the first one there to lend a hand. He loved helping out in the kitchen and was an excellent cook. Keith was always there for his brothers and sister through good times and bad, all the laughter and the tears. He will be deeply missed.
Keith is survived by his daughter Kali-Anne Schiavi as well as his brother Kenneth (Marina) Lametta and his sister Kathleen Lametta. He also leaves behind his granddaughter Rosie as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, Keith was predeceased by his two brothers: Kevin and Kurt Lametta.
His family will receive friends on Friday, May 19, from 4-8 p.m. at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave., Norwalk. There will be a prayer service starting at 7:45. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Keith's name to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675. For direction or to sign our online guestbook, please visit

Dear Kenny and Kathy I am deeply sadden to learn of Keith's passing. Your family has been through a lot these past couple years and my heart goes out to you both. My thoughts and prayers goes out to you both.

Pa you will be missed more than you imagine. For the last 20 years you been at every event and with my kids at every special occasion and game. Their biggest fan they will never forget that and you will be missed. You are their grandfather and those memories will last forever. I´m glad my mom found your services online so we can attend and pay our respects. Rest in peace and look down on on the kids as they have a big year ahead and continue to cheer them on!
