Keith James Ralston

Keith James Ralston, 69, of Brown Summit, NC and former resident of Burlington, NC passed away on December 12, 2025, surrounded by his family.

He was born December 17, 1955, and was the son of Lindsey Baker and Darlene Baker, both deceased.

Keith worked for over twenty years with Burlington Mechanical in Haw River, where he worked as a foreman. He enjoyed spending time fishing on his boat, riding 4-wheelers, watching movies, working on cars and anything that involved his grandkids.

In addition to his wife Ramona Ralston of 49 years, he is survived by two daughters, Chrsitina Whitley and husband Brian Whitley of Brown Summit, NC and Michelle Cagle and husband James Adams of Aberdeen, NC. He was a bonus father to Kelly Thomas and beloved longtime friend of Lisa May Woodson. He is also survived by two brothers, Lindsey Baker and wife Michele Baker of Virginia, Randy Baker of Kentucky; two sisters, Melody Bumgarner and husband Wayne, Denise Woolard and husband Steve of Rocky Mount, NC; six grandchildren, Brittany Walker and husband Luke, Austin Whitley and wife Desirea of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Brandon Whitley and wife Cassie of Whitsett, NC, Justin Cagle of Aberdeen, NC, Timmy Allred of Asheboro, NC, Ritchie Cagle of Pine Bluff, NC; six great grandkids, Olivia Hoke, Jace Walker, Greyson and Scarlette Whitley, Elaine Whitley and Lydia Terrell; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and dear friends.

He will be remembered as a beloved son, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.

A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 2:00 pm in the Rich and Thomspon Chapel in Burlington. The family will receive friends following the service.
