Rhonda M. Quackenbush, age 50, of Marion, Indiana, passed away peacefully at 8:32 pm on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, in her home. She was born on October 31, 1974, in Kokomo, Indiana, to Ronnie and Sherry (Catt) Bryant.
Rhonda was a graduate of Oak Hill High School and a dedicated home health aide with ResCare. She had a deep love for animals, especially her cats, and found joy in spending time with her family. Rhonda enjoyed fishing, baking, cooking, and playing games.
She is survived by her husband, Barry Quackenbush of Marion; her children: Corey (Elizabeth) Bryant of Marion, Shawna (Craig) Jones, and Brian Quackenbush; and her grandchildren: Brilynn Quackenbush, Payton Quackenbush, Jasmine Gonzales, Christian Jones, Cameron Jones, and Cayden Jones.
Rhonda is also survived by her mother, Sherry J. Bryant; siblings, Melissa (Roger Clark) Bryant, Shane Bryant, and Ronnie (Cindy Holt) Bryant, Jr.; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, including Ashley (Kyle) Nelson, Amber (Chris) Baker, Alicia (Chris Lovings) Bryant, Katana Harlan, Dylan (Joshua) Bryant, Jacee Barber, Cody Scott, Cierra Baker, Chloe Baker, Caelynn Baker, McKenzie Miller, Mileigh Miller, Tanner Miller, Chris Lovings, Jr., Elijah Lovings, Jackson Nelson, and Jace Nelson.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ronnie Bryant, Sr., and her sister, Sherry Lynn Bryant.
The family will receive visitors from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, October 3, 2025, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
On Saturday, October 4, 2025, a service to celebrate Rhonda's life will take place at North Chapel at 10:00 am. Pastor Jeff Timmons will be officiating with burial taking place at Converse Cemetery.
