Kelley Lynn Evans

Kelley Evans, 61, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2025. She was born on April 12, 1964, in Youngstown, Ohio, and lived a full and beautiful life surrounded by love, laughter, and friendship.

Kelley worked for Domestic Relations as a Child Support Officer, where her dedication and compassion made a difference in the lives of many families. Known for her generosity and kind heart, Kelley would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need simply because she could. She had a gift for making people feel cared for, and her warmth will be remembered by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wes and Audrey Jones; her sister, Tracy Jones; and her husband, Charles Evans. 

She is survived by her loving children, Rachelle and Rory Rich; her brothers, Tom Jones (wife Amy Jones) and Wesley Jones (wife Mona Jones); along with many dear friends who brought light and joy to her life.

Kelley will be remembered for her selflessness, her laughter, and her unwavering love for her family and friends. Her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Rose Simplicity Cremation & Funeral Center, Inc. 200 S. Erie Street, Mercer, PA 16137. Per Kelley's wishes there will be no services.
