Kelley Ann McNeill, 65, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2025.
Kelley was born on January 5, 1960 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was a graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School and the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
Throughout her life, Kelley followed her curiosity and extraordinary compassion wherever they led. Her varied path included retail management, marketing, interior design, restaurant ownership, estate sales, and hospice volunteering. Most recently, she found deep purpose in caring for children with disabilities.
A true people person — a life force, full of spirit — Kelley made everyone feel seen, valued, and cared for. She touched countless hearts with her warmth and generosity. She will be remembered as the one everyone turned to: the caretaker, the encourager, and the steady presence who held her family together.
Kelley is survived by her mother, Mary Jo McDonald; sisters Beth McDonald and Erin (Tom) Lazoff; nephew Brennan (Kristin) Blake; nieces Shannon Blake, Bridget Blake (Chris Buckno), Anesa Lazoff (partner John Hipskind) and Elena Lazoff (fiancé Jake Miller). She was preceded in death by her father, Anthony McDonald.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who were lucky enough to know her.
Memorial contributions can be made to: Hospice of the Valley; Autism Society of Greater Phoenix; Down Syndrome Network Arizona.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at St. Patrick Catholic Church followed by a Funeral Mass at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.
