Kellis Pitman Obituary

Kellis dedicated 30 years of service to MCL restaurant before his retirement. He greatly appreciated the outdoors, particularly fishing, driving, sightseeing, and exploring local state parks. After retiring, he found contentment spending time by lakes and ponds engaged in his favorite pastime – fishing.
Kellis is survived by his cousin and caregiver, Deena Pitman, as well as several other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife, Mary L. Pitman, and his cousin and co-caregiver, Roscoe Kenneth "Ken" Pitman.
In lieu of services, family and friends are invited to gather for Mr. Pitman's interment at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at New Crown Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of G.H. Herrmann Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 5141 Madison Avenue, Indianapolis, IN.
