Kelvin Johnson Obituary
Kelvin was born Aug 3,1967 in Washington, DC. He was briefly in the military and made his home in Virginia. For 15 years, he was an irreplaceable member of the Shipe & Barb families. He was a brother, step-father, and dear friend to so many.
He had a big heart and loved a good conversation. He was always down to help when he could and to learn what he called "useless" knowledge.
A Celebration of Life will be disclosed at a later date.
