Kelvin has been cremated under the direct care of the Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home in Atchison, Kansas. The family will hold a Memorial Service 1:00 PM, July 15, 2023, at Campbell Chapel AME Church, Atchison, Kansas. Memorials are suggested for final expenses and may be sent in care to the funeral home. Condolences maybe left online at www.beckerdyer.com
Kelvin was born on March 3, 1965, in Vallejo, California, the son of James and Earlie (Duff) Winters. He was currently working for Triumph Foods in St. Joseph, MO. He was an avid 49ers fan and enjoyed grilling BBQ.
He is survived by his wife Cecilia Daniels, sons, Kelvin B. Winters Jr., David A. Winters, Larry A. Winters; daughter Kelshin M. Winters; six grandchildren; brothers Andrew J. Winters, Darrin Winters, many nieces, and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Eric Winters.
