Passed away on June 18th peacefully at home surrounded by family, Peeps was known to many as a very talented musician with a humble heart. He was widowed to Irene Martinez, Peeps was born to Kendall and Helen Martinez, he is survived by his daughter Melissa Martinez-Sanchez, husband Pablo Sanchez, her children Joseph, Jeremiah, Alyssa and Josiah and her grandchildren Elijah, Eleena and Eziekiel; also survived by son Christopher Martinez, his son Christopher Martinez Jr., stepchildren, Javon, Johnny and Chad, step grandchildren, Faye and Nadaya Buttry. Also survived by siblings, Priscilla (Louie) Santillanes, Cindy (Carl) Carbajal, Gina (Sal) Mendoza, Robert (Roni) Martinez, Jasper (Holly) Martinez and Gabriel (Chantel) Martinez, Numerous nephews and nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles. The Martinez family invite all who loved and knew Peeps to celebrate his life.
Almighty God, we rejoice in your promise of love, joy and peace. In your mercy turn the darkness of death into the dawn of new life, and the sorrow of parting into the joy of heaven; through our Saviour Jesus Christ, who died, rose again and lives for evermore. Amen
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be sent to Melissa Martinez-Sanchez to help with service costs.
