It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Tracy Herbert Ellis, who left this world on November 18th, 2025 at the age of 68 due to complications following surgery. He departed this life peacefully, surrounded by his loving family who remained by his side during his final journey.
He was born September 23rd, 1957 in Denver, Colorado to Herbert and Marilyn Ellis.
He married Gayle Sellers on June 23rd, 1990. They separated briefly before reuniting again in February of 2016. They've been inseparable until the day of his passing.

In his free time, he enjoyed washing and waxing his vehicles, rooting on his favorite football teams the Denver Broncos and the Alabama Crimson Tide, tending to his garden, reading and researching American history, and riding his electric bike. The warmth and light of his caring soul touched all who encountered him, including his animals and his loving wife.
Remaining to cherish Tracy's memory and legacy are his wife Gayle Ellis, brother Michael (Judith) Ellis, his sister Kathy (David) Diehl, his step-son John (Carol) Sellers, his step-grandchildren Kaige (Patrick) Sellers, Kylee Sellers, Chelsey (Matt) Thuente, Jace Wurtz, Jillian (Tyler) Wood, his nephews Brian (Kimberly) Mueller, Jeffrey (Bekah) Diehl, Zachary (Lindsey) Ellis, his niece Sarah Mueller, as well as numerous great nephews, nieces, and close friends.
