Ms. Kendra Faith Leeks was born on November 30, 1987, to Jerome Leeks and Debbie Leeks in Hinesville, Georgia. She received her formal education at Griffin High School in Griffin, Georgia.
Kendra accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age. She was baptized at Victory Faith Fellowship Church. Kendra later joined and attended Mt. Olive Outreach Ministries.
In her leisure time she enjoyed basketball, reading, watching tennis, cooking, spending time with her family, and most of all she loved being a mom to her three children.
On Saturday, June 1, 2024, Ms. Kendra Faith Leeks entered the Heavenly Gates knowing there will be no more sickness, pain, or suffering, only everlasting joy with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We know Kendra is rejoicing with our Heavenly Father in the Heaven above.
Ms. Kendra Faith Leeks leaves a lasting legacy, full of loving memories her loving and devoted father, Jerome (Step-mother, Annie) Leeks, mother, Debbie Leeks; her three sons, Aikeem Jones, Amir Jones, and Alex Jones; three brothers, Paul Leeks, Silas Leeks, and Kevin Leeks; aunts, Rudene Jester, Jeanette Leeks, Gina Wade, Darlene Mitchell, Darlene Houston, and Wanda Massengile both of Chattanooga, TN; uncles, James D. Leeks, Uzziah Leeks, Ricardo Mitchell, Anthony Mitchell, Michael Houston of Chattanooga, TN, and Harvey Hubbard of Chattanooga, TN; great aunts, Annie Lee Borkman, and Sylvia Jackson both of Chattanooga, TN., great aunts, Mae McCord, Blanche Hudson, and Virginia Andrews all of Lagrange, GA. She also leaves a host of cousins and friends that will miss her dearly.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024, from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Burden's Funeral Home. A Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Chapel at Burden's Funeral Home. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service hour. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, Elder Titus Miller is the Eulogist.
