Mr. Kenneth Lee Anderson was born in Florence, South Carolina on January 7, 1957 to the late Sam Anderson and the late Mary Smith Anderson. He departed this life on Wednesday, July 24, 2024.
Kenneth was a proud graduate of Wilson High School located in Florence, South Carolina.
After graduation, Kenneth enlisted in the United States Army and later enlisted in the United States Air Force. His travels during his tours of duty took him to Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, California, Incirlik Air Force Base in Sancan/Adana Türkiye and McGuire Air Force Base in Burlington County, New Jersey.
Upon receiving an Honorable Discharge from the United States Army, Kenneth met and married Glenda Redden Anderson. They were married for 34 years and to this union one child was born, Tawanda Anderson.
Kenneth was an faithful attendant of Southern Calvary Baptist Church in Florence, South Carolina.
Kenneth, a loving wonderful father and an avid fisherman.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Sam Anderson and Mary Smith Anderson; a brother, Ray Anderson; and a sister, Sylvia Linda Anderson Tucker.
Kenneth leaves to cherish his precious memories: a daughter, Tawanda (Keith) Cooper; a wife, Glenda Redden Anderson; one brother, Donald (Diane) Anderson; a sister-in-law, Linda Anderson; and one brother-in-law, Willie Tucker; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
