Kenneth E. Beck, Jr., 67, of Chambersburg, formerly of Lewistown and Fayetteville, passed away September 5, 2024, in his home. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly (Shauff) Beck.
He was born March 28, 1957, in Fort Benning, now Fort Moore, Georgia, a son of the late Jane Maxine (Black) and the late Kenneth E. Beck, Sr.
Ken had been employed at the former Baker Rubber Inc., Chambersburg and was a former member of the South Mountain Fish & Game Association and the American Legion Post in Chambersburg. He respected nature, loved the mountains and wildlife and enjoyed fishing. Along with that, riding his Harley and being with his family brought him much pleasure.
Surviving are his son, David E. Beck of McClure, grandchildren, Lily Metz, Teah Beck and Austin Beck. Also surviving are a brother, Tony A. Beck (Mary Beth), Roxbury, and 2 sisters, Rose Allison (Timothy), of Chambersburg and Twila Gordon, Carlisle. In addition to his parents and wife, he was also preceded in death by a daughter, April Ann Monninger, a sister Teresa Beck and brothers Charles and Kevin Beck.
