Kenneth Buchsbaum Obituary
Kenneth Buchsbaum, 80, of Bear Rocks passed away Saturday September 6, 2025 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital. Mr. Buchsbaum was born August 3, 1945 in Pittsburgh to the late Alex and Ann Buchsbaum.
Ken was a graduate of Oliver High School class of 1963, Waynesburg University, and Duquesne University. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy serving two tours during the Vietnam War. Ken worked as a Deputy Warden at the State Prison in Greensburg. He enjoyed playing guitar, anything that had to do with electronics, and was a hand radio operator.
Ken is survived by his loving family, his wife of 58 years, Shirley Cristallino Buchsbaum; his sons, Robert Buchsbaum (Tori), and Brad Buchsbaum (Samra); and by his granddaughter, Allison Buchsbaum.

So sorry to hear about your loss, Shirley. Ken was always a pleasure to work with. He was one of the first people I met when I started at the prison. I´m sure you and your family will have great memories to look back on. God bless.
