Kenneth Christopher Corvin

Kenneth Christopher Corvin, lovingly known as Chris, embarked on his eternal vacation on December 1, 2023, at the age of 50 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Born on July 31, 1973, in Roanoke, Virginia, he left behind a trail of smiles and a legacy that will never be forgotten.
Chris was a devoted father who held his family close to his heart. His kind and compassionate nature touched the lives of all who knew him, providing comfort and support during times of need. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by those whose lives he touched.
Survived by his doting mother, Teresa Moses Corvin, his sons Logan Christopher Corvin and Mason Sage Corvin, his sister Traci Elizabeth Corvin, his brother Joshua Seth Perdue, his gaggle of nieces and nephews Sierra Priddy, Miranda Priddy, Jayden Fernandez, and Jacob Fernandez, and great nieces Sophia Downs and Milayna Merchant. Other important mentions, Melissa Greenway and Leila Corby (Sister-in-law and niece) Chris's memory will forever be a treasured ingredient in their lives.
Chris received his education from Fleming High School and further pursued his studies at Virginia Western Community College, acquiring knowledge and skills that served him well throughout his life.
Chris had a passion for cooking and creating tastes from around the world. He was known all round the Roanoke Valley for being a "Kick Ass Chef". As a manager, he understood how to build a family within a team. Unknowingly, those blessed to call him a "Boss" were known to him as "My work family". He loved spending his free time at the beach watching waves and contemplating what his life would have been like, if his daughter was sitting by his side.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the Make A Wish Foundation. Let's keep the flame of hope burning and grant wishes in Chris's honor, making the world a brighter place, one smile at a time.
