Neil Brinkley Obituary
Neil was a proud graduate of Deep Creek High School, reflecting his lifelong connection to the Hampton Roads area and the community he called home.
He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Dorothy Kidd.
He leaves behind a devoted family who will forever cherish his memory: brother Zechariah Brinkley; sister-in-law Megan Brinkley; nephew Elijah; nieces Lylah and Chloe; stepfather Elbert Kidd; aunt Cynthia Elliott; and uncle Clifton Brinkley.
Neil was known for his kind heart and caring spirit. He enjoyed sports and music, passions that brought him joy throughout his life. Whether watching a game, listening to his favorite songs, or spending time with family, Neil appreciated life's simple pleasures. His presence brought warmth to those around him and enriched the lives of his family in meaningful ways.
Though he is no longer with us, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him and will be cherished forever.
A private burial will be held for Neil at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Chesapeake.
