Kenneth Ray Daniel

Kenneth Ray Daniel, 85, of Hensley, Arkansas was born to the late Thomas Remmel Daniel and Thelma Cole Daniel, on Friday, July 30, 1940, in Little Rock. He left this world on Sunday, August 3, 2025, surrounded by loved ones and is now in the presence of his Heavenly Father.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 51 years, Sheila Faye Rouse Daniel, and his brother, Allen Daniel.

He is survived by his daughters, Karen Sharp (Bob) and Kelly Lavey (Jeff), of Alexander, and his son, Brad Daniel (Sheila) of East End, as well as 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother, Larry Daniel (Kathy) of Bryant, and a host of family and friends who loved him dearly.

Kenneth enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching the Razorbacks, the PGA and the WWE. He especially treasured visits and calls from his grandkids and great grands. Kenneth was a sheet metal worker at Supreme Fixtures for over 40 years while also opening and operating Whiz Kids Daycare in Little Rock for 21 years with his wife. He proudly served in the United States Army Reserves from 1963 to 1969, receiving recognition as a Sharpshooter and Marksman.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, from 12-1pm at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant, Arkansas. A graveside service with military honors will follow at 1:30pm at Hicks Cemetery on Sandy Ann Drive (next to Motley's Tree Farm) in Little Rock.

Pallbearers will include his grandsons, Jeffrey Sharp, Justin Daniel, Douglas Lavey, Trent Daniel, Trevor Daniel, Alex Cordell, and Isaac Garcia.
