Kenneth DeGroff Sr.

Kenneth Patrick DeGroff Sr., 87, of Tobyhanna, passed away peacefully November 2, 2025. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was married to his wife Anne for 60 years.
He worked for Pfizer for 30 years. He was a hard worker all his life. He always took care of his family and never thought of himself. He was an avid fan of the New York Mets baseball, loved western movies, and playing cards with his family. He was the best man at his son's wedding. He was a very caring and loving husband, father, father-in-law, uncle, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
He will be lovingly remembered by his children: Kenneth DeGroff Jr. and his wife, Barbara, Donna DeGroff, Thomas and Jane Randell; grandchildren: Donna and Brian Eilber, John and Alison Curtis, Patrick Curtis, Thomas and Nikki Randell, Jessica Gonzalas, Amanda and Felice Coria; great-grandchildren: Kyra, Casey, John, Alexa, Patrick, Jayce, Emma, Ryder, Nicoletta, Kaylynn, Lily, and Carson; siblings: Dorothy Vera and Ronald DeGroff.
In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in passing by siblings: Royal DeGroff, Dennis DeGroff, Patricia Dering, Ginger Sheenan, and Judy DeGroff.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 from 5PM until the service at 6:30PM all at Bolock Funeral Home 6148 Paradise Valley Road Cresco, PA 18326. A second viewing will be held at the funeral home Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 9AM until 9:30AM followed by the burial at St. Catherine's Cemetery in Moscow, PA.
