Kenneth Fulling Obituary
Visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, February 23, 2026 at Cargain Funeral Home, 10 Fowler Avenue, Carmel, NY.
A Prayer Service & Blessing to celebrate Kenneth's life will be held the same day at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
There will also be a U.S. Naval Honor Guard Ceremony commencing at 7:45 p.m.
Private cremation will follow.
