Kenneth was born on December 28, 1948, in Pelican Rapids, Minnesota to Albin and Clarice (Togstad) Grahn. On December 8, 1966, he was united in marriage to his high school sweetheart, Lynn Kugler in Sisseton, South Dakota. From this union, 4 children were born. After the kids grew up Ken and Lynn moved to Oakland in 1999. He worked at Naeve Hospital, later Mayo Health systems, for 40 years before retiring in 2020.
Ken was a member of the Oakland Lutheran Church in Oakland, MN. He was a farmer at heart and loved International Tractors. In his free time, he enjoyed going to tractor shows, watching old westerns, especially Gunsmoke and anything with John Wayne, dancing with Lynn and travelling with Lynn. They travelled all around the country including trips to Oregon, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky and Duluth. The most important thing to Ken was his family. He enjoyed camping with them and the family reunions he planned were greatly anticipated by all.
