Kenneth G. Hanner, age 71 of Beaman, Iowa passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, in the comfort of his own home.
Per Kenneth and his family’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. A family-led Celebration of Life will take place on January 2nd, 2026, at 1:00 pm at The Dig Inn, located at 113 Broad St Reinbeck, IA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to his family for a later designation. Kenneth Gene Hanner was born on March 15, 1954, in Le Grand, Iowa. He was the son of Darrell Gene and Darlene (Dobson) Hanner. Kenneth attended LDF High School in Le Grand and graduated with the class of 1972. He later relocated and made Beaman his hometown. Kenneth was a dedicated worker for Packaging Corporation of America for 35 years. In his free time, he enjoyed gardening and golfing and was known as a true outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing.
Kenneth is survived by his two sons: Adam (Jayme) Hanner and Brent Hanner, both of Wisconsin.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Darrell and Darlene; and his two brothers: David and Jim Hanner.
