Kenneth Heckler Obituary
He was the loving husband of Julia (Beer) Heckler, in which they celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary on September 30th of this year.
Born in Telford, PA he was a son of the late Howard M. Heckler and Anna (Nase) Heckler.
He was a proud U. S. Army Veteran who served during the Korean War as a Squad Leader Company M, 85th Regiment. He was released from active duty and finished his service in the reserves.
Ken worked as a CNC Operator for the former U.S. Gauge, Ametek for 44 years. In his spare time, he was involved with the church council, enjoyed traveling which included visiting national parks and going to Germany on a riverboat cruise.
Along with his wife Julia, he is survived by two children Mindy Kugler and her husband Jess of Colorado and Tom Heckler of California. He is also survived by his brother Stanley Heckler and two grandchildren Julian and Marc. Ken is predeceased by siblings Alice Shaw, Catherine Vogel, Claude Heckler, Clarence Heckler, Gordon Heckler, Cleta Kopp, and Grant Heckler who passed away as an infant.
A service with visitation and Military Honors will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 107 W. Lincoln Avenue, Telford, PA 18969. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
Interment is private at the convenience of the family.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ken's honor to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 107 W. Lincoln Avenue, Telford, PA 18969.
