It is with great sorrow that we write this post to inform that Ken Humphrey passed away on February 27, 2026. Ken was an incredible father, grandfather, brother, son, and friend.
While Ken did not wish to have a funeral, he encouraged his loved ones and friends to remember him the way they see fit. If this is a bird hike, a walk at Beaver Lake, special appreciation of rhododendrons in bloom, or even just a fond memory over hot coffee, it is plenty.
Ken was a kind and dependable man who leaves behind many who will miss his thoughtfulness, reliability, and his wisdom. His family and friends who survive him will remember him with love, tears, and gratitude. He will be deeply and dearly missed.
