Kenneth ‘Kenny” F. Johnson, 75, of Lancaster, Ohio, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at the Fairfield Medical Center.
He was a retired tow motor operator for Anchor Hocking Glass Corp. Warehouse with 46 years of service. Kenneth was a charter member of Lighthouse Baptist Church of Lancaster.
He is survived by his son Christopher David (Bryn) Johnson of Columbus; daughter Holly (Jerry) Carpenter of Lancaster; granddaughter Rebecca Johnson of Columbus; step-children, Ronald (Mary) McComas, Jr. and Shannon (Todd) Eagle all of Galion; seven step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren; brother Larry (Fran) Johnson of Rushville; sisters Mary ‘Betty” Huston of Lancaster and Loretta (Joe) Levan of Junction City; brother-in-law Dan Finck of Junction City and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Johnson, parents Harry and Pauline (Kessler) Johnson, siblings Bill, Jim, and Bob Johnson and Carolyn Finck.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Lighthouse Baptist Church of Lancaster with Pastor Phillip Manning officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster. Friends may visit Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 and 1 hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.
Memorial gifts may be given to the Lighthouse Baptist Church of Lancaster, 2032 Cedar Hill Rd., Lancaster, Ohio 43130 in his memory.
