My heart is ripped from my chest. My mind is lost with the thought of my fallen brother and my heart aches with pain beyond belief for the Keen family. During these extremely difficult times. I and my family send our deepest condolences to friend, family and brothers of Kenny Keen. He is and always will be my brother. A true warrior, a true friend and most of all a brother I loved ! When you hear stories about how ferocious Marines are, how we sacrifice everything and anything to protect the ones we love and for country. Well.., Kenny was exactly the perfect representation. he was the good of Marine ! When he did something he did it for those reasons. I never had a single day go by that he ever had me stop laughing. Kenny , kick those gates open and yell U.S. Marine from Vidor Texas reporting for duty. We will meet again Kenny. I promise ! And together we will stand tall side by side. Semper Fi brother ! I'll keep you alive while I still breath. an OOH-RAH !! Kenny ! My brother warrior !

My Eldest Cousin, I have fond memories of being young and looking up to you and your sisters. Walking to the store and thinking you were so wise and funny. Life happened and we were separated by miles and years. I'm so grateful for the technology that helped us reconnect. I wish we were closer but am thankful to have been connected and enjoyed occasional holiday hugs, updates and jokes and pictures. I'll always wish I had more time with you (and all of my family in Texas). Thank you for your service to our country, your bravery, your sacrifice, your honor, and your joy. Give your baby sis a tight, long hug for me. Love and miss you.

It was a pleasure to be able to share a year with Kenny in my fifth grade class. Such a serious young man regarding his studies. In my memories I can still see that little blonde headed boy with the most beautiful eyes! Proud of the young man he became and of his service to our country. Prayers for you Judy in the days ahead - cherish those precious memories and be so proud of your son!

So sorry Judy, Stacie, and Kelie! Kenny was a dear friend of mine at when we went to high school in vidor. Had a lot of fun, Kenny was Kenny.. Laughing, joking. lots of fun. Then some how connected with y'all in Kirbyville. My heart is really heavy for you all. Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 KJV
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: [2] A time to be born, and a time to die; .. Notice every purpose under heaven. On this earth we go back to dust, although our soul lives for eternity. Kenny maybe gone in flesh, although he is alive just not on earth.. One day this world will pass away and one thing for sure either by rapture or natural death we will live for eternity..... Little song! There's a golden street to walk upon and I bell I'm going ring a brand new angel in the choir and want to hear him sing, I'll have allot of friends waiting when I walk through the gate and I've got more to go to heaven for than I had yesterday.. May God hold y'all and comfort y'all. Know God is perfect. May he plead his blood over y'all and encamp angels around to keep y'all and minister to y'all.. Love you Kenny Keen Jr. Love you all.. In Jesus Name
