Kenneth R. Keller, a beloved father, grandfather, and brother, passed away on Sunday June 25, 2023 at the age of 64, leaving behind a multitude of cherished memories. He was born on May 26, 1959 in Warwick, RI to the late Robert Keller and the late Jean (Hoyt) Mellor.
Kenneth was a loyal worker for 32 years with HASBRO as a Master Model Maker retiring in 2018. He will be remembered for his jovial nature, intelligence, and personable demeanor. Kenneth approached life with a positive attitude, never complaining but instead finding resourceful solutions to any challenge that came his way. He faced challenges head-on and found creative solutions, never shying away from hard work. His dedication to his family and his home was unwavering, and his positive attitude served as an inspiration to those around him. Ken loved to spend time working in his backyard and doing home projects.
He was the loving father of Emily Keller of Coventry and the doting grandfather of Domenic Sarlo III. He held a special bond with his grandson and found great joy in spending time together, particularly in the backyard.
In addition to his daughter and grandson, Kenneth is survived by his four siblings, Barbara Sullivan (Robert) of Nashua, NH, Michael Keller of Coventry, RI, Francine Mellor of Cranston, RI, and Jeanine Mellor of Cranston, RI. He maintained strong bonds with his brothers and sisters throughout his life, and their support and companionship were invaluable to him. Kenneth always maintained a special relationship with his former wife Cheryl A. Keller of Coventry and her father David L. Cottrell of Coventry.
Ken will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. May his memory live on in our hearts as we remember the love, joy, and kindness he shared during his time with us. Our hearts are forever broken.
