)(Kenneth Hardy Minyard (“Ken”), 64, passed away on February 12, 2026. Ken was born on March 30, 1961, at Toul-Rosières Air Force Base, in France, to Hardy and Edith Minyard.

Ken dedicated much of his life to service and hard work. He proudly served in the United States Air Force and the Air National Guard, retiring after 24 years of military service. Following his military career, Ken continued serving his community as a police officer for 10 years, and later became a successful business owner and construction contractor. A true master of his craft, Ken was known for his eye for detail, strong work ethic, and uncompromising standards. He took great pride in everything he built and every project he touched.

Ken was married for 40 wonderful years to the love of his life, Lori (Bradtmueller) Minyard. Together they built a life rooted in family, friendship, and loyalty. Ken loved cars, craft beer, and most of all, spending time with his friends and family. Wherever he went, he made friends easily. He loved people deeply and put his whole heart into everything he did, leaving a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Ken is survived by his wife, Lori Minyard; his daughters, Holly Renee Spengel and Ashley Nicole Minyard; his son-in-law, Eric Spengel; and his beloved granddaughters, Ellie Sawyer Ashley and Tinley Palmer Spengel. He is also survived by his sisters, Lynn (Arvin) Lewis, Mary (Lloyd) Walker, Kimberly (David) Weeks, and Elizabeth (Keith) Doehrman, sister-in-law Brenda (Mark) Rekeweg, along with extended family and many dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hardy and Edith Minyard (Sawyer).

Ken will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, loyal friend, and a man who lived with integrity, passion, and heart. His legacy lives on through the many lives he touched and the family he loved so fiercely.
