Kenneth R. Mullins

Kenneth R. Mullins, age 73 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2026 at St. Mary's Hospital. He was born, June 5, 1952 to the late Clellon Herbert Mullins and Edna Grace Mullins in Wyandotte, Michigan. He is survived by the Mother of his child: Bonnie Conaway Mullins of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Son: Scott Mullins of Hager Hill, Kentucky; Brother: Kevin Herbert Mullins of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Granddaughter: Kayanna (Denver) Kenneth R. Mullins, age 73, of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Collins; Great Grandson: Atlas Hawke Collins. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his Brother: Dewayne Keith Mullins. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 5pm and all day Thursday at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 13, 2026 at 11am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Prestonsburg, Kentucky.

Burial will follow at Newman Cemetery, Hi Hat, Kentucky.
