Kenneth R. Myers

Kenneth R. Myers, 86, of Annville, passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at his home. He was the husband of the late Eleanor L. (Long) Myers.
Born in Annville on October 20, 1938, he was the son of the late Ira and Mildred (Wheatman) Myers. Ken retired from the Plumber & Pipefitters Local 520. He had worked for G. R. Sponaugle & Sons Inc. for 35 years. Prior to that he worked 10 years at Hershey Estates. He enjoyed going to auctions, hunting, fishing, farming, playing golf and playing cards.
He is survived by his sons David L. Myers of Annville, and Michael S. Myers of Annville; daughter Karen M., wife of Scott Hoerner of Annville; grandchildren Matthew R. husband of Sarah Hoerner of Myerstown and Lindsey N. wife of Ben Krug of Palmyra and eight great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son Daniel L. Myers and three brothers Rolston, Richard and Donald Myers.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown. There will be a viewing on Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Lemberger's Cemetery, E. Hanover Twp.
