Kenneth “Michael” Parker, age 31 passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2025. He was born March 2. 1994 in Camden, Arkansas. He was a welder by trade. He is preceded in death by his parents, Doyle Kenneth Parker and Margaret Ann Evans; uncle and aunt, John and Eloise Parker. He is survived by his biological parents, Jammie Peebles of Locust Bayou, Kennetha Cox of Louisville, KS; one son, Justin Parker of El Dorado; one daughter, Serenity Barrette of Parkers Chapel; two brothers, Trinity Peebles of Shreveport, Tristen Peebles of Elliott; and two sisters, Elora Peebles of Locust Bayou and Allison Shackelford of Canyonville, OR.
