Kenneth Renner Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home on Nov. 14, 2025.
Kenneth F. Renner, age 78, husband of Margaret "Peg" A. (Gregory) Renner, of Lower Providence, Pennsylvania, passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in the Southeastern Veterans' Center, Spring City. Born on April 14, 1947, in New York, New York, he was the son of the late Helen (Robinson) and Philip Renner.

Kenneth received his Associate's Degree from the State University of New York at Farmingdale and proudly served his country with the United States Navy Seabees during the Vietnam War. He had been employed as a draftsman for Mobil Oil in New York prior to his transfer to Pennsylvania. Even though Ken suffered for the last 25 years with a debilitating degenerative physical disease, you never heard him complain.

Kenneth had been a member of the Fairview Village Church of the Nazarene since the early 1980s where he was involved in their outreach programs and sang in their choir.

When he was able, he loved golf and bowling. Although known as a quiet and gentle man, Kenneth will be remembered for the one-liners or puns that he had for everything.

In addition to his loving wife, Kenneth is survived by his children: Beth (Jack) Jayne, Missy (Jay) Fuentes, and Julie Anne (Cole Williams) Renner; step-children: Robert Lee Raley III and Michael Scott (Valerie) Raley; grandchildren: John, Lydia, Liana, and Joshua Jayne and Mikayla, Malachi, and Jadyn Fuentes; step-grandson: Michael Scott Raley Jr.; and sister: Phyllis (Joe) Gaschott. He was preceded in death by his son: Ronny Renner.

One of Ken's favorite Bible Verses

"I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO GIVES ME THE STRENGTH". Phil. 4:13

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 3:00 pm, at the Fairview Village Church, 3044 W. Germantown Pike, Eagleville, PA. Officiating will be Pastor Dave Bennett. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kenneth's name to SEVC Welfare Fund, One Veterans Drive, Spring City, PA 19475.

Arrangements are being handled by the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home. Condolences may be offered online at www.RoyersfordFuneralHome.com.
