Kenneth Wayne Robertson was born June 14, 1949 in Houston, Texas to the late Benjamin Robertson and Valerie Brantley. He was the oldest of five children. Ken was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Felicia. Ken attended Unity Community Church. Ken was a graduate of the June 1968 class of Jack Yates Senior High School in Houston. Upon graduation, he attended the fall semester at Texas Southern University. Aside from his studies, Ken was an avid reader and years later during his youthful years, he studied holistic medicine and physical health. In 1980, Ken moved to Austin to study physical therapy in which he would later receive his license to practice. He was employed with the Travis State School until it closed its doors in the early 90's. He was currently employed with Premiant and Gentiva Health Services where he was a licensed massage therapist and CNA. He was a very, very loyal friends, he was a hard worker in his professions and he will be dearly missed by many. He leaves to cherish his memory, his son Mark Warren of Austin and his two granddaughters; his brothers Johnny Duncan of Houston, Perry Smallwood (Rabbit) of Houston, Chris Smallwood of Bonneville, Mississippi; his stepbrothers Don Lewis and Bill Binion; aunt Ruby Peoples as well as good friend Vance and long time friend, Ella Vincent. Services entrusted to A Life Celebration by Franklin, Taylor, Texas.
