Funeral service for Kenneth L. Selby, 85, will be Friday, September 12, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ben Bates officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in New Center Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, September 12, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mr. Selby passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at Falkville Health Care Center. He was born July 15, 1940, in Morgan County, to Doc Scott Selby and Virgie Elzora Lemmonds Selby.

He was employed at Wolverine Tube as a Machine Operator, prior to his retirement. He was a member of the New Center Baptist Church and really enjoyed being a "door greeter" on Sundays.

Preceding him in death were his son- Danny Selby, his parents, a brother- Robert Selby and two sisters- Peggy Sloan and Manola Rhue.

Survivors include
Wife - Betty Bowers Selby,

Daughter - Debbie Lunn (David Wright),

Sister - Darlene Napper,

Grandchildren - Alex Selby (Nicole), Matthew Nelson, Rachel Hale, and Heather Pyke,

Four Great Grandchildren - Parker Rose Scott, Cayden Berry, Hudson Hale, and McKenzie Nelson.

Sisters-in-law- Ruth Scott, Mary Dixon (Billy), Dorothy Owens and Jane Spriggs (Eric).

Brother-in-law- James Bowers (Brenda)

Pallbearers will be Vince Lamberti, Michael Halbrooks, Alex Selby, Mitchell Royster, Jay Patterson and Gary Dobbs.
