Kenneth Seuberling Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Manchester Funeral Home on Dec. 24, 2025.
Kenneth Andrew Seuberling, age 69, passed away on December 19, 2025.
Ken was born on May 9, 1956, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Martin J. Seuberling and Marie C. Seuberling. He spent his early years in Ohio before going on to live much of his adult life in San Diego, California, and later Manchester, Tennessee.
A lifelong student of creativity and form, Ken graduated from the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning, earning a degree in Architecture. Architecture and design were not only his profession but his enduring passion. Throughout a long and dedicated career, he brought thoughtfulness, vision, and a deep appreciation for structure and aesthetics to everything he created.
Beyond his professional life, Ken was a man of deep curiosity and joy. He carried a child-like delight for trains and scale models, often losing track of time while immersed in their intricate details. A true cinephile, he found comfort and laughter in his favorite films, including A Christmas Story, Waking Ned Devine, O Brother, Where Art Thou?, and The Princess Bride. Music filled his days as well, especially country music, with Kenny Chesney among his favorites.
Ken was a handyman through and through-always dreaming up projects, always working with his hands, and rarely content to sit still. He had a gentle, wholesome love for animals, and his softness toward them was one of the many ways his kindness quietly showed. Through his love of photography, Ken captured the beauty he saw in the world, preserving moments, structures, and scenes that reflected his thoughtful eye.
Ken is survived by his loving partner, Jeanie Frazier; his beloved children, Zoee (Adam) Rottenberg, Zack (Madeleine Schulz) Seuberling, and Isabel Seuberling; his cherished grandchildren, Paige, Quinn, and Wyatt; his brother, Daniel (Kimberly) Seuberling; and numerous cherished Seuberling cousins. He will be remembered for his creative spirit, steady hands, gentle heart, and the legacy he leaves through both his work and his family.
In honor of Ken's lifelong love and compassion for animals, memorial donations may be made in his name to Coffee County Humane Society. Checks can be mailed to P.O. Box 252, Manchester, TN 37349 or donations may be made online by visiting https://coffeehumane.org/.
Ken's life was one shaped by imagination, craftsmanship, and an enduring appreciation for beauty in all its forms. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
