With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth Richard Sevenski, affectionately known as Ken or Kenny, who left us on January 28, 2025, at the age of 66. Ken was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend who brought laughter and warmth into the lives of those who knew him.
Born on October 5, 1958, Ken had a deep passion for custom painting automobiles, transforming his love for cars into both an art and a craft. He was also a dedicated University of Michigan sports fan, cheering on the Wolverines with enthusiasm every season.
Ken's kindness and sense of humor will be deeply missed. He is survived by: his daughters, Christa (Casey) Hudson and Amy (Jack) Shilton; his siblings, Jean (Paul) Flores, Nancy Thompson, Joseph Sevenski, JoAnn (Ron) Spenski, Kim Sevenski, and Tamara (Robert) Sevenski-Popma; and his grandchildren, Nysha Fortenberry, Conner Hudson, Nysai Fortenberry, Collin Hudson, and Nyvan Shilton. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Joseph and Myrtle Sevenski; his brother, Gerald (Jerry) Sevenski; brother-in-law, Terry Thompson; sister-in-law, Julie Sevenski; and grandson, Markell Shilton.
At this time, there will be no funeral or memorial. A celebration of life will be determined at a later date.
Ken, your love and laughter will never be forgotten. Go Blue!

Grew up and went to school with Ken (and Kim). His parents were close friends with my mom Sandra. Myrtle babysat me before I started kindergarten and I still vividly remember watching the news of JFK´s assassination on TV in their living room. Although we went our separate ways as we got older I still have good childhood memories. Rest easy my friend.
