Kenneth James "Kenny" Smith-62 of Blaine passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2026, surrounded by his family. He leaves behind a legacy of love, family, and hard work. Kenny was born and raised in Fountain City, TN and it was there that he met the love of his life, Eula (Boling) Smith and the two were married. Together they built a life in Blaine, where Kenny proudly raised his family. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who cherished time spent with his family above all else. Preceded in death by his father, James Smith; daughter, Tiffany Smith; grandchild, Hazlee Smith.

He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Eula (Boling) Smith; mother, Delores Smith of Fountain City; children, Dustin Smith and wife, Candi of Blaine, Tyler Smith and wife, Skyler of Blaine, Jordan (Smith) Lee and husband, Corey of Rutledge; grandchildren, Brody Lee, Aubree Lee, Levi Lee, Laxton Smith, Dawson Smith, Branson Smith, Jake Richards and wife, Whitney, Jailee Richards and Jackson Richards, all of whom brought him great joy; brother, David Smith of Farragut, twin sister, Kathy Smith of Fountain City and several nieces and nephews and cousins who will cherish his memory.

Kenny will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his deep roots in East Tennessee and the life he built through love and perseverance.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to his mother-in-law, Ann Whitson and to the hospice nurses (Erica) for their care, compassion and support throughout his battle.

The family will receive friends from 4-6 pm Thursday, April 2, 2026, at Cooke-Campbell Mortuary with a memorial service to follow at 6 pm Thursday, Rev. Nick Wright officiating. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary in Maynardville.
