Mr. Kenneth J. Stephenson

Mr. Kenneth Stephenson of Panama City, Florida,

peacefully entered into eternal rest on December 6, 2025. Kenneth was born and raised in Cottondale, Florida, where he developed lifelong values of family, faith, and community.

He proudly graduated from Cottondale High School and was a devoted member of St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church.

In his early adult years, Kenneth moved to Springfield, Missouri, where he built new beginnings and later married Brenda Green Stephenson. During his time there, he formed meaningful friendships and created memories that would remain with him throughout his life.

After many years away from home, Kenneth chose to return to Florida to be closer to his roots. He settled in Panama City, where he was blessed to meet his devoted partner, Henrietta Lamm, who stood faithfully by his side.

Kenneth was a man known for his quiet strength, gentle heart, and steady presence. He loved deeply and lived humbly, always valuing family above all else.

He enjoyed simple moments, shared laughter, and the comfort of being surrounded by those he loved.

His warm spirit and kind nature left an impression on everyone he met. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grady Stephenson, Jr., and Lillian Fay Brown Stephens, and his sister, Wanda Faye Stephens Smith.

Kenneth leaves behind a legacy of love through his son, Damian Green; grandchildren, Tyreck and Shakyla; four sisters, Mashelia Batson(Elton) of Marianna, Christells Stephens of Marianna, Florida, Kimbra Williams (Josh) of Cottondale, Florida and Jacqueline Graham of Marianna, Florida; and his surviving, devoted significant other, Henrietta; godmother, Minnie Tripp; and his surviving nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Kenneth's life was one of resilience, family devotion, and genuine kindness. Though he will be deeply missed, his legacy lives on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
