I am so sorry for your loss, Ruthie. Your Dad was a wonderful man and I was very fortunate to get to know him when I worked with him several years ago. Your Dad's office was near mine so if he was walking by, and had a free minute, he would pop into my office and say hello. As we got to know each other better, he would tell me stories about his love of the Yankees and where he travelled to on one of his many business trips. He was very good at his job, cared about all his employees, and was very-well liked and respected by everyone who worked with him. Although we didn't talk very much about his family, whenever he would mention you, your Dad had a twinkle in his eye and a big smile on his face. It was very clear that he was incredibly proud of "his Ruthie".

Thanksgiving and Easter were always the best holidays because we spent them with Uncle Ken, Aunt Cathy, Ruthie and Kenny. I have so many wonderful memories of those celebrations. We ate, listened to stories, and just had so much fun being silly. We packed a lot into those holidays. Uncle Kenny was always smiling and soft spoken. He was very patient and tolerant of our craziness as kids. He was loved very much and will be missed.

We were very sad to learn of the passing of our dear brother-in-law Ken. It was always a pleasure to have him and his children Ruthmarie and Kenny, travel to our home through the years, even though there was a lot of distance. Ken was very accomplished and well respected by everyone. He was a man with a soft laugh who loved his family beyond words.

We shared many special times together, engagements, weddings, christenings, and birthdays. Those wonderful memories with him will never be forgotten.

As a US Navy veteran, we thank Ken for his service. We hope everyone finds peace in Ken´s passing, He is now in the arms of the angels. Rest in peace Ken.

Other than Christmas and birthdays, there were 2 days in the year when Natalie and I were excited beyond words: Easter and Thanksgiving, because we spent them with the Stevensons. Uncle Kenny was a gentle giant and we were always so happy to see him, Aunt Cathy, Ruthie and Little Kenny. All these years later I still laugh when I think of Little Kenny drinking all 4 glasses of Kool-Aid that were poured for us kids, and Cathy and Kenny cracking up and pouring more for us; and dancing to Wild, Wild West in our backyard and videotaping it. Uncle Kenny was such a calm presence and I know he loved being part of the family fun. I will remember him fondly. My love to the Stevensons, Swishers, and everyone who loved him. My husband Barry was diagnosed with central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma in 2013. Ken and Barry had been very good friends for many years and Ken went through Barry's diagnosis, treatment and recovery with us. He was our rock, a loyal friend until the end.

I knew Ken from Manchester Microwave division of Sanders Associates. 1985. We happened to both be working late one afternoon . . .I asked Ken if I could buy him a beer at my Home in Merrimack, NH. Well, The Gleem in his eyes told ne we would be Friends from that moment on ! ! ! And we were, for 39 years. Three days before he went into the hospital He was sitting in our dining room at the table with us sharing stories about OUR (His, Mime, and Flo's) lives while doing this that or the other thing. We all got along together and it Had Always been a Greaat Happy time ! ! !
