Kenneth Ward Obituary
He was predeceased by his parents, McCarroll and Mary (Deratany) Ward of Somerville, MA.
He is survived by his wife Diane, children David and Bethany Ward; his four siblings, Mickey, Judy, Nancy, and Danny; and ten nieces and nephews (Derek Cooke, Jason, Laura, Tiffany and Sophie Ward, and Lukas, Karsten, Torrin, Mattias and Britta Treu).
Ken loved Westerns, adventures, tinkering with electronics and collecting small treasures. He had a fierce love for his family and a witty sense of humor. He tackled repeated trips to dialysis for the past seven years of his life. During these bonus years, Ken confirmed his patriotism and became an ardent Christian. Despite adversity, Ken maintained a curiosity to learn and the courage to inspire others.
A celebration of Ken's life will be held in June at the First Baptist Church of New Sweden.
