Kenneth A. Weaver, 58, of O'Fallon, IL, born on February 3, 1966, in Belleville, IL, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at his home.
Kenneth retired from St. Clair County Roads and Bridges as an Equipment Operator, he was a retired Lieutenant from O'Fallon Fire Rescue, and he was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church. Kenneth enjoyed deer hunting, wrestling, coaching softball and football, and he loved to cook for OTHS football games. Kenneth was also very passionate about driving the O'Fallon Fire Rescue's 1949 Mack fire truck for parades and birthday parties.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Clemons "Bert" and Lorraine T. Weaver (nee Hohrein); his maternal grandparents, Arthur and Benedicta Hohrein (nee Lampe); and his paternal grandparents, Raymond and Margaret Weaver (nee Hemmer).
Left to cherish Kenneth's memory are his son, Riley Weaver of O'Fallon, IL; four sisters, Theresa (Terry) Stein of Shiloh, IL, Bonnie Weaver of Huntsville, AL, Connie (Kevin) Rickmann of O'Fallon, IL, Mary (Jeff) Manson of High Point, NC; along with many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations can be made in Kenneth's name to the O'Fallon Fire Department; 1215 Taylor Rd., O'Fallon, IL 62269, or Alcoholics Anonymous; O'Fallon Trailer, 108 Carbon Hill Rd., O'Fallon, IL 62269. Condolences may be extended to the family online at www.schildknechtfh.com.
A memorial visitation will take place on Sunday, August 25, 2024, from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m., at O'Fallon Fire Department Headquarters, Station 4, 1215 Taylor Road, O'Fallon, IL 62269.
Services will begin at 4:00 PM at O'Fallon Fire Department Headquarters, Station 4 1215 Taylor Road, O'Fallon, IL 62269.
