Kenneth John White Sr.

Kenneth John White, Sr., 71 of Louisville passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Louisville on July 12, 1954 to the late Mary Krause White and Kenneth G. White.

He was a member and ordained Deacon of Audubon Park United Methodist Church, retired after 17 years as a volunteer firefighter for Camp Taylor Fire Department, and worked as bread deliveryman for Sara Lee, retiring after a long career of 40+ years.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death his son, Kenneth J. White, Jr.

He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Marilyn Barnett White; son, Aaron White; daughter, Angela White; step-daughters, Stacey Monroe (Tony), and Kristie Cline; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; a great granddaughter on the way very soon; many other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 26, 2026 and from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. on Friday, February 27, 2026 at Ratterman Embry Bosse Funeral Home 2723 Preston Hwy. His funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday with entombment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East 11601 Ballardsville Road.
