Kenny was born on November 21, 1953 in Onslow County, North Carolina to the late Melvin Witherow and Nellie Jarman Witherow.
In addition to his parents, Kenny is preceded in death by his sister, Judy Horne.
He is survived by his cousins, Donna Kennedy (Glenwood) of Jacksonville, NC, Susan Edwards (Donnie) of Sneads Ferry, NC, Sheryl Futrelle of Jacksonville, NC; very special cousin, Stephanie Hobbs (Matt) and their children, Ivey and Hayden Hobbs and several close friends and extended family.
