Kenneth Witmer Obituary
Ken was born November 2, 1936 in Flint, Michigan to the late Irvin and Myrtle (miller) Witmer. On November 1, 1956 he married Joyce Louise Richardson, they shared 53 years of marriage before her passing in 2009. Ken and Joyce enjoyed many happy years with family and friends at their cabin at Bear Lake in Kalkaska. He enjoyed snowmobiling, water skiing, fishing and hunting. Ken also liked working on cars.
Ken leaves to cherish memories his Daughter, Kathi Witmer, Son, James (Janeen) Witmer; Grandchildren, Matthew (Lindsay) Witmer, Jennifer Witmer, Justen (Kim) Witmer; Great Granddaughter, Madelynn Witmer; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents; Wife, Joyce Witmer; Brothers and Sister in laws, Jerry (June) Witmer, Don (Hazel) Witmer, Wayne (Waithia) Witmer; Brother in law, Robert Richardson.
