Kenny Rosenfield Obituary

Published by Legacy on Jul. 30, 2025.
Kenny Dale Rosenfield, 69, or Hillrose, passed away July 8, 2025. He was born in Waldon, Colorado April 12, 1956, to Harold and Bessie (Metcalf) Rosenfield. Kenny was a man who left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He lived a life full of grit, heart, and purpose. Kenny spent many years working in the oil field, starting as a driller, and then a tool pusher. Beyond the job site, he found joy in the simple things-especially arrowhead hunting, a quiet passion that connected him to the land and its history. He loved deeply and gave generously of his time to those he cared for most. His loyal dog, Wilbert, was never far from his side, a constant companion through life's many seasons. Kenny often said that the Rolling Stones' lyrics, "You can't always get what you want," were good words to live by. Kenny was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Warren and Charles. He is survived by his wife, Twyla; children, Mary Snyder, Joseph (Amanda) Rosenfield, Martie Rosenfield, and Jacob Rosenfield; grandchildren, Keaira (Bryant), Ricky, Izaiha, Alizae, Izabella, Kayla, Austin, Dylan, Ethan, Ashton, Skylee, Riley, Cash, Lanie, Lucas, and Holden (Emma), and great-grandchild Kingsley He is also survived by his brothers, Harold Rosenfield Jr, and Gerald Dean Rosenfield; and sister, Thelma Kiddie; and his best friend, Kim Campbell. He will be missed dearly, remembered always, and honored forever by those who knew and loved him.
