Kent Edward Hallamore, 59, of Sandwich, MA (formerly Easton for 29 years) passed away
surrounded by his loving family on February 22, 2023.
Kent was born on August 21, 1963 to Harold Hallamore and Constance (Tower) Hallamore of
Brockton MA. Kent graduated from Brockton High School in 1981 and graduated from Westfield
State College in 1986 where he studied Communications, while enlisted in the United States
Army National Guard.
After graduating with a degree in Communications, he began his long career as an IT Systems
and Network Engineer before transitioning into Cyber Security Management. His most recent
employment was for the Kraft group.
Kent met his wife Linda Foley Hallamore in 1991 at a college reunion and they were married in
1993. The couple raised three children Nolan, Cole and Claire.
Kent was an integral part of the Easton Lacrosse Community, coaching his two sons for many
years and many other youth in Town. This was a big part of Kent's life and he participated with
great zeal and enthusiasm. No matter the score, Kent's mantra was that "we are winning on the
inside." He loved lacrosse so much, he began playing in his 40's, jokingly referred to as the U50
team. Known as coach Kent to many, he embodied the role of coach personally and
professionally. He was well respected both on and off the field.
A family man through and through, his family was his proudest accomplishment. He would say
that his children were his best work. Kent was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin,
son and friend to so many. He will be deeply missed.
