Kevin Bain, 57, passed away on Thursday May 22nd on the job site. His Dad would be proud that he finished one last house move. Kevin was a partner in the inherited family business, Bain's House Moving. Kevin was a hard worker. He is at rest now in the hands of God.
Kevin was born Oct 13th, 1967, in Green Bay to Delmar and Audrey Bain (Lancelle). Kevin graduated from West De Pere High School in 1985. He was on the wrestling team. Kevin was married to Tammy Neumann for 7 years. He enjoyed his horses and loved his animals, especially his dog Brandy. Kevin was loved by many. A real Marlboro man, Kevin was always there to lend a helping hand. He often took on difficult and unwanted projects at his siblings' houses. He was a good storyteller and had the ability to poke fun of himself.
Kevin saw beauty in the simpler things in life. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and all things outdoors with his brother, Steve and many friends. In his younger days, he enjoyed his Harley Davidson motorcycle and cherished weekend road trips. He was Johnny-on-the-spot with a pool stick. He was on the Hometown Tavern pool team in Freedom.
He is survived by his 8 siblings and 18 nieces and nephews. Randy Bain, Susan (Rick) Dubberly and their children Shawn (Ian) Vanness, Amelia (Seth) & Pat (Ady), Terry Bain, Steve Bain and his children Ashley (Tom) Kohn & Nick, Tracy (Jim) Glover and their children, Amanda (Jeff) Brown, Cassandra (Jeff) Stine, Alexander (Emily), Chad (Peyton) & Emma, Laurie Seymour and her children, Andrew (Jacqui), Santi (David), Brian (Anahi) & Zachary (Kiley), Kellie ( Frank) Beno and her children Cody & Hannah (Mckenna), Jolene ( David) Dappern and their children Tyson & Jack. Kevin will lovingly be remembered by his 12 great nieces and nephews, Allie & Hallie Kohn, Teagan, Carter & Sawyer Stine, Calvin and Derrick Vanness, Asher & Parker Glover, Isla & Arthur Brown, and Campbell Seymour.
Kevin is preceded in death by his parents, Delmar and Audrey Bain, brother-in-law Stephen Seymour, and great niece Isabella Seymour.
The family will receive friends Monday, June 2, 2025 from 4pm – 7pm at Ryan Funeral Home 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere with a short prayer service at 7pm.
