Kevin was born on October 31, 1963, to Art and Helen Baker. He attended Winona Schools. Kevin passed away on Friday, August 8, 2025, from cancer.
In his younger years, he worked in landscaping and then for Al’s Construction. Kevin was always a Happy-go-lucky guy who enjoyed card games with buddies and Budweisers. He was also an avid camper.
Kevin is survived by his twin brother, Keith Baker of Winona; brothers, Randy Baker of Winona, and Stewert (Kristen) Baker of Clintonville, WI; and sisters, Barbara and Joanne of New Port Richey, FL.
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Arlene.
Hoff Celebration of Life Center is assisting the family.
