Kevin Jason Boyle, known affectionately to his friends and family as Kev, embarked on his final adventure on July 11, 2024. Born on December 19, 1971, in the charming town of Meadowbrook, Pennsylvania, Kev's early days were filled with the kind of mischievous joy that would define his entire life. He departed this world from Klamath Falls, Oregon, leaving us baffled by the mystery of his passing, much like the way he lived – with a sense of wonder and an unquenchable curiosity.
Kev was a titan of optimism, his laughter was infectious, and his passion for life knew no bounds. He was the living embodiment of the adage, "If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much space." He studied risk management and human resource administration at Temple University, which was fitting because managing risks and wrangling people was what Kev did best, both at work and at home.
His illustrious career was matched only by his dedication to being a father. Kev juggled work and family with the dexterity of a circus performer. His children, Kiya, Olivia, Melanie, Seanna, and Jason, were his pride and joy. They were the notes in his favorite song, the breeze on his favorite trail, and the touchdowns in every Eagles game he watched with unbridled enthusiasm.
Kev was a man of the outdoors; he found solace in the rustle of leaves and the music of the wind. His love for music was as vast as the sky, with melodies that resonated with the rhythm of his soul. He was an adventurous spirit, often found leading his family and friends on escapades that would leave them with stories to tell for generations.
He leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter in his mother, Frances E. Kellenbenz, his sister Lisa R. Boyle, his brother Patrick M. Boyle, and his cherished children. His late father, Patrick D. Boyle, no doubt greeted him with a high-five at the pearly gates, proud of the man his son had become.
Describing Kev is like trying to explain a sunset to someone who's never seen one. Words like optimistic, passionate, and adventurous fall short, but they're a start. He was a man who could light up a room with a smile and leave you in stitches with his quick wit.
In the spirit of Kev's humor, let's remember him with a quote from the legendary Robin Williams: "You're only given a little spark of madness. You mustn't lose it." Kev not only kept his spark but fanned it into a blazing fire that warmed all who knew him.
We'll miss our dear Kev, a man who never let the truth get in the way of a good story, and who could always be counted on to bring joy into our lives. Heaven has gained a comedian, an adventurer, and most importantly, a loving father. The world is a bit dimmer without Kev's light, but the memories he's left us with will continue to shine brightly. Rest in peace, Kev. You've earned your standing ovation.
Family and friends are invited to attend Kevin's visitation on Wednesday August 7, 2024 from 10 am to 11 am at Cavanagh Patterson Funeral Home 43 E. Baltimore Ave, Media, PA 19063. A Celebration of life will follow at 11 am. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham Twp, PA.

Kevin was a very thoughtful and kind person. Always worrying about someone else but himself. He will always be remembered as someone who cared deeply for others. May he rest in peace
